AI is accelerating faster than the ability of governments, companies and individuals to regulate its impacts. Nonetheless, around the world multiple efforts are being made to do just that. In this research note – “Navigating Uncharted Waters” – we survey the current state of developments in attempts to foster the most valuable adoptions of AI while applying existing or new legislation to protect everything from intellectual property to national infrastructure.
